These terms govern the use of the antru.md website and B2B commercial cooperation with Antru.

1. About the site

The antru.md website is a presentation site. It is not an online shop — no sales, payments or orders are made directly through the site. All information is provided for informational purposes.

2. Quote requests and orders

Cooperation takes place on a quote-request basis. After you send a request, we send you a quote with price, availability and an estimated delivery time. An order is considered confirmed only after the quote has been expressly accepted by both parties.

3. Prices

Prices are valid at the time the quote is confirmed and may vary depending on availability, exchange rate and logistics costs. We do not display prices on the site.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. Communicated delivery times are estimates and depend on parts availability and transport conditions.

5. Warranty

All spare parts supplied carry a 12-month warranty, subject to correct use and installation. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

6. Returns

We accept returns only for defective parts or parts delivered incorrectly through our fault. Parts must be returned in their original condition, uninstalled and unused. Return requests should be sent to info@antru.md.

7. Aftermarket and original parts

We mainly supply aftermarket spare parts, interchangeable with original ones. Original (OEM) parts are supplied only on express request. All original equipment manufacturer names are used for reference purposes only.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the antru.md website belongs to Antru. Third-party names and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. Technical information must be verified before ordering, through the quote request.
